Communion At Home

Heya Blooming Community,

Each morning I get up to read, pray, and journal. It's my way of spending precious moments with Christ each day. For the past few days, I've experienced a bit of frustration, and usually, when this happens, I feel a little uneasy. I decided to dive deeper into my reading and my private time with Christ.

Today, I felt this urge to repent and take communion for a spiritual fresh start. I read through Matthew 26:26-28 and really focused on what it was saying. I read 1 Corinthians 13 every day because I want to love the way that Christ says we should. I then got up and took communion at home. It was so rejuvenating. It was as if I felt this weight lift off of me, and thoughts just started pouring out of my mind. For the first time this week, I actually felt at peace.

I wanted to write this to encourage you, as always, to spend precious moments with Christ each day if you can. It really makes the difference in your life. If you can, repent and take communion. God loves us and only wants to give us His very best, so we should work each day to give Him our very best.

Come to Jesus Just Now

If you're reading this and you're not sure how to begin a relationship with Jesus, I want you to know that He loves you deeply and is ready to welcome you with open arms. The first steps in my opinion are the most powerful steps. Accept Jesus as your lord and savior, confess your need for Him and invite Him to be Lord of your life. If you want more detailed guidance, please reach out to me. I'd love to walk alongside you in this journey of faith.
